Britney wasn’t 3 songs into her show in Perth, Australia Friday night before fans started bolting for the door!
HUNDREDS of fans stormed out very angry that they spent between $182 and $1370 US dollars to see Britney lip sync! Um, how does one manage to be a Britney Spears fan and not realize she doesn’t ever sing live? Whatever Australian Britney fans have been smoking they need to pass that shit over here.
Josh Blee told local reporters, “We are really big Britney fans, but it was crap.” Amanda Hawlet added “She has let us down. I want my money back or I want her to sing properly. It cost me half a week’s wage….it was a waste.” Sorry, Amanda, but that’s what your dumb ass gets.
But it doesn’t stop there, the Australian government has gotten involved in the dispute. New South Wales Minister for Fair Trade Virginia Judge is considering requiring Britney to disclose on tickets for future shows that she doesn’t sing live. “Australians would not tolerate a ‘Mickey Mouse’ performance,” Judge told the Sydney Daily Telegraph. “Let’s be clear. Live means live.”
Seriously, did Australia just discover Britney last week?
