If her Twitter page is any indication Amanda Bynes is an annoying 13-year-old stage 5 clinger experiencing her first taste of puppy love. She’s been tearing Twitter up tweeting about her “love.” While she doesn’t name him all signs are pointing to Kid Cudi.
