“Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star Nicholas Brendon was Tased

Nicholas Brendon better known as Xander from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, was tased and arrested after he attempted to punch a cop, defacing property, and then trying to flee the scene.

First off, why did I think this guy died of an overdose years ago?

Anyway, police received a call at around 12:30 a.m. about a drunk man causing commotion in Venice, CA. When they arrived to the scene they found a clearly belligerent Nicholas defacing property. When the cops tried to detain Nicholas he allegedly took a swing at the cops then tried to haul ass. It was then that the cops used a taser to bring Brendon down.

He was taken to a local hospital for a quick check-up, and then booked at 6:15 a.m. for felony vandalism and is being held on $20,000 bail.
