Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM Bracelet Went Off

Lindsay Lohan’s SCRAM bracelet reportedly went off Sunday night at a MTV Movie Awards after-party. It is not clear what triggered the bracelet, but an emergency closed-door meeting in Judge Marsha Revel’s chambers has been scheduled.

It remains unclear whether alcohol was detected in her system or if the device was tampered with. Either one would alert authorities. Lohan, 23, could face jail time if the judge in her case rules that the actress violated the conditions of her bail – which include abstaining from alcohol and submitting to random drug testing. Judge Marsha Revel is expected to receive the SCRAM report soon, the source says, and could order Lohan in for an immediate bail revocation hearing.

Lindsay is claiming a glow stick was dropped in her boot and that was flashing-not her SCRAM. She tweeted, “My scram wasn’t set off,” adding, “It’s physically impossible considering I’ve nothing for it go off.” I wish I could believe her, but 99.9% of everything she says is a bold face lie. That said, give her her due. She lasted a lot longer than anyone expected she would. It’s been what two, almost, three weeks? That’s about a 1000 years in Lindsay years.

Sources say the SCRAM data shows evidence of alcohol. Bail has been forfeited for the previous hearing and is now set at $200,000. According to the judge there are 5 violations.
