Lindsay Lohan Goes To Jail

Showing up seven minutes late, Lindsay Lohan arrived at the Los Angeles courthouse -to a shower confetti- on Tuesday morning (July 20) to turn herself in to authorities to begin serving her 90-day jail sentence. In reality, Lindsay will likely serve only 23 days because of overcrowding in the jails and because she’s a celebrity. Shawn Chapman Holley, who tried to quit repping Lindsay after her sentencing, was back as Lindsay’s representative after Robert Shapiro decided Lindsay was too much of a pain in the ass to represent and quit unexpectedly last night. Rumor has it that Lindsay is pissed at Robert because she’s convinced that he only took her case to get publicity for his sober living facility. Whatever helps her sleep at night!

Accompanied by her parents, Michael and Dina, Lindsay was represented by Shawn Chapman Holley – who started by telling Jude Revel that Robert Shapiro was only consulted – never actual legal representation.

Lindsay was told that she must report to probation within 24-hours of being released from The Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.

There won’t be any pics of Lindsay being placed in handcuffs as all cameras were ordered to be turned off. She was led to an awaiting police cruiser for transport to Century Regional.
